Tickness is committed to respecting your privacy and protecting your personal data.
The app does not collect or store any personal data on external servers. All data is saved locally on your device.
The microphone permission is used solely to allow users to dictate and transcribe notes within the app. No audio is recorded or transmitted to external servers.
If you choose to export a task to your calendar, the app will ask for permission to add events to your device's calendar. This data remains on your device and is not shared.
If you choose to use the backup feature, the app will ask for permission to access your Google Drive.
This access is limited to the drive.file scope, which means the app can only create, view,
and update the backup file generated by Tickness.
The backup file is stored in your personal Google Drive and remains under your full control:
you can delete it at any time directly from Google Drive.
No other files in your Google Drive are accessible to the app. No backup data is transmitted to external servers or shared with third parties.
Some features of the Tickness Assistant GPT and the Tickness app rely on a secure backend service hosted on AWS servers for the automatic generation of import links (deeplinks).
The information sent to this service is used solely to enable the generation, operation, and retrieval of import links and is stored securely for a maximum period of 30 days.
After this period, the data is automatically deleted. The information is not used for any other purposes, is not shared with third parties, and is not directly associated with the user’s personal identity.
The app does not include advertising, analytics, or tracking of any kind.
